Negotiations between Israel and Syria are continuing, an anonymous source told Al Arabiya, APA reports.
The negotiations are close to being concluded.
The source added that Israel does not support calls for the division of Syria and has made this clear to both the US and Syria.
Israel even stressed that it does not support Hikmat al-Hijri, the leader of the Druze in the Sweida region of Syria.
In addition, the creation of a humanitarian corridor from Israel to Sweida is not under discussion, and if any humanitarian corridor is opened, it should be opened from Damascus to Sweida.
It should be noted that Syria and Israel have held talks several times, and these diplomatic talks also took place in Baku.
