Kabul favors peaceful relations with Islamabad, but is prepared to defend its security if necessary, said Afghan Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi, who is visiting New Delhi, APA reports.
"We want zero tension and peaceful relations. But if the relationship is mismanaged, we also know how to ensure security," IANS quoted Muttaqi as saying . He added that Pakistan should "control its own checkpoints" instead of blaming Afghanistan.
