In accordance with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev and based on the First State Program on the Great Return to the liberated territories, the next relocation of families temporarily settled in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings in various parts of the republic to the village of Hasanriz in the Aghdara district has taken place, the Public Relations Department of the Restoration, Construction, and Management Service in Khankendi city and the Aghdara and Khojaly districts told APA.
On July 24, the keys to the apartments were handed over to the families arriving in Hasanriz village with the latest relocation caravan.
In this phase, 30 families — totaling 114 people — were relocated to the village of Hasanriz. Sabuhi Gahramanov, Deputy Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the city of Khankendi and the Aghdara and Khojaly districts, who handed over the keys to the houses, congratulated the residents returning to their native lands and stated that all necessary conditions have been created for them in the village.
“Hasanriz village is fully equipped with utilities — water, gas, electricity, and internet services are active. This infrastructure provision aims to support the continuity of relocation and comfortable living.”
Sabuhi Gahramanov also stated that assistance will be provided to residents in finding employment.
Note that with this, the number of families settled in Hasanriz village of the Aghdara district has reached 160. A total of 566 people have returned to Hasanriz.

Today, the next relocation caravan has been sent to the village of Hasanriz in the Aghdara district.
Those relocating to Hasanriz today are families temporarily residing in various parts of the republic, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings. In this phase, 29 families – totaling 114 people – are being relocated to the village.
Taking this latest relocation into account, a total of 159 families (566 people) have now been resettled in Hasanriz.
Note that currently, in Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur, along with the internally displaced persons relocated there, more than 50,000 people live in total. These include those working on ongoing projects in the region, employees of various local government agencies, and staff at healthcare, education, culture, tourism, industry, and energy institutions that have resumed operations.
