Baku. Ilhama Isabalayeva – APA. UK-based ITE Group’s official partner in the Caucasus Iteca Caspian organized 4th Azerbaijan International Education and Career Exhibition in Baku on Thursday. Minister of Education of Azerbaijan Misir Mardanov said at the opening ceremony that 96 educational centers from 15 countries (Azerbaijan, UK, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Spain, Canada, Korea, Latvia, UAE, Russia, USA, Turkey and Switzerland) were attending the exhibition, APA reports.

The minister said only two of 50 educational centers in Azerbaijan were attending the exhibition. He criticized this fact and said Azerbaijani schools needed to intensify their advertising campaign.

Iteca Caspian director Farid Mammadov said more than 60 paid and free schools, courses and programs in various fields from cookery to technology were presented to the visitors. The programs cover preschool, secondary and high school education, as well as remote education systems, student exchange, fellowship, employment agencies, career planning and development, travel, foreign languages, summer schools, IT, multimedia systems, video- and TV equipments and computers. The Turkish National Universities Group uniting 14 educational centers of Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir attends the exhibition for the first time.
