The minister said that a special commission had been created at the Ministry of Education for student transfer of Azerbaijan International University and giving diplomas to the graduates. Mardanov noted that diplomas would be given to graduates studying legally at the University by the Ministry of education. The Minister said that there were not any other factors in the stopping of activity of the International University, the University itself was guilty in it.
He also added that the students of the Baku branch of the Moscow State University had been transferred to other private universities.
