She said there were serious needs to open such center to research the most topical historic and contemporary problems related to the â€œArmenian issueâ€, to inform the Azerbaijani community about the socio-political processes in Armenia, to prevent ideological provocations of Armenia and Armenian Diaspora against Azerbaijan and Turkish world.

Ibrahimova said it would be turned into the scientific strategic and sociological research center and would train experts to work in this field in the future. â€œThe experts, particularly those who are fluent in Armenian, will be involved in research works to organize symposiums, conferences and other events to denounce aggressive character, provocative and false activity of this terrorist country and to defend the position of Azerbaijan in its fair struggle. The center will systematize editorials published in the Armenian newspapers, Internet resources and TV (Armenian Public Television, Shant TV, USArmeian TV, Yerkir-Media TV and etc.) and make analytical reports on those editorials. One of our main goals is to investigate and to denounce essence of Armenian ideology, its provocative character. The center will launch its website, publish scientific journal, translate the analytical works and place them on its siteâ€.

Journalist-researcher Gafar Chakhmagli will head the center.
