According to him, the aim of the certification is to check the preparedness of the employees. The personnel certification will be carried out by the commission set up under the order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population Fuzuli Alakbarov.
Natig Gasimov says all employees will pass certification within two months. In accordance with the law on civil service, basing on the results of the certification measures will be taken with respect to the employees. Depending on the results of the certification recommendations may be given to the ministry for dismissal or promotion of the employees.
According to Gasimov, personnel certification for the centers of social protection of population was last carried out 10-15 years ago.
