Baku – APA. National registry of the talented young people has been prepared in Russia. APA reports that first of all 25,000 young boys and girls have been included into the list. They are winners of various international Olympiads, entrepreneurs, who paid taxes most last year.
Vasily Yakemenko, Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, said talented people may leave the country when they do not get support from the state. He noted that officials do not take serious interest in the projects initiated by the young people.
