Chairman of the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs Affairs Ali Hasanov says that, State Oil Fund allocated AZN 80 mln to IDPs. But the fund is expected to allocate additional funds to it.
He refuted the moving of the IDPs from the all hostels. “This is a great problem. We have taken only ground. This will be designed and financed, still†he emphasized.
