Azerbaijan’s Health Ministry has already given permission, Iran’s ambassador to Azerbaijan Mahammad Bagir Bahrami told APA. According to him, the construction of the clinic will begin after the permission document is ready.
“I hope it will serve both the development of the bilateral relations and health of the Azerbaijani people. The Azeri people will be able to go to the clinic supplied with the modern medical equipment in Baku, when necessary,†he said.
Ambassador said the bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Iran were developing, much had been done in this field.
“Our Azerbaijani brothers and sisters go to Iranian clinics for examination and treatment, this shows that our relations are perfect. Medicine has developed much in Iran. We have specialized doctors. Human health is very important. It is our duty to serve our Azerbaijani brothers and sisters. Unilateral abolition of the visa regime has also positive influence on the relations. If the Azerbaijani side cancels visa, the relations will be extended,†he said.
