The presentation ceremony was held by the organization of the Embassy of the Czech Republic to the Republic of Azerbaijan and International Visegrad Fund.
The International Visegrad Fund is an international organization with the seat in Bratislava, Slovakia. It is funded by the governments of the Visegrad Group countries – the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. With the annual budget of € 6 million, the Fund supports grant programs and awards Master’s and Post-Masters scholarships at accredited public and private universities to applicants from almost 20 countries of East and Central Europe, the Western Balkans and South Caucasus.
