Only 1 cm left to achieve the nominal level in the Mingachevir reservoir

Fall of water level has been observed in the levels of Kura and Araz rivers within last twenty-four hours, National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources told APA. According to information from 8.00 am till today 8.00 pm, water level of Kura was 412 cm in Giragkasaman, the level fell 6 cm. In Yevlakh the level was 366 cm, the level fell 29 cm. But it increased 2 cm in Zardab and was 770 cm. The level of water fell 1 cm (the level - 846) in Shirvan, 3 cm (the level – 950 cm) in Surra, 1 cm (the level – 824 cm) in Salyan, 3 cm (the level - 490 cm) in Banke. The level of Araz fell 7 cm in Novruzlu settlement and was 724 cm. The level of Ganikh was 770 cm, it had increased 10 cm.

Fall of water level is observed in Araz reservoir. Currently, the level in the reservoir is 777,75 cm. But the level has increased in Mingachevir reservoir and reached 82,99 m. Note that, nominal level in the reservoir is 83 m. There left only 1 cm to achieve this level.
