President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov has addressed a letter of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Independence Day, APA reports.
The letter reads:
"Dear Ilham Heydarovich.
I congratulate you on the occasion of Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Today, we witness that independent Azerbaijan in its modern history has achieved significant successes both in improving the well-being of its people and in building a strong state. Today, Azerbaijan holds its significant place on the international arena. We are always pleased with the achievements of our Azerbaijani brothers.
I am confident that friendly and brotherly relations between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Azerbaijan will continue to develop steadily for the benefit of both nations.
