Azerbaijani Minister of Emergency Situations, colonel-general Kamaladdin Heydarov spoke about the explosion that occurred in the Location nightclub in Baku on April 3, APA reports citing the press service of Azerbaijani MES.
The minister stressed that gross violations of fire safety rules in public catering facilities, including in the basements and first floors of buildings, especially in gas facilities, can lead to bitter tragedies and are a potential source of danger at any time: “Swindlers who abuses the existing procedures for control agencies of the MES in the entrepreneurship facilities are indifferent to security measures in some cases.”
