Internationally-wanted person extradited from Ukraine to Azerbaijan

Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan has made a survey on extradition of a person, who committed a crime in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in order to bring him to criminal responsibility according to national legislation and international agreements to which we support, as well as Minsk Convention "On Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters", press service of the Prosecutor's Office told APA.

Jabbarov Seymur Ibrahim, who was involved in the criminal case under the Ganja City Prosecutor's Office, was suspected of looting by embezzling property of other people, entrusted by him repeatedly causing a great amount of material damage by using his service position.

Seymur Jabbarov has been internationally wanted.

Providing the survey of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine on determination of place of the wanted person, Seymur Jabbarov has been extradited to our country with an accompaniment of special convoy of Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice on November 2, 2021.
