Baku Main Police Department makes a statement on conclusion of investigation in connection with GEN LLC

BMPD said that 18 had been held accountable on the case.
The charges, which the defendants faced under Article 178.3.2 (Swindle with causing damage in the large size) of the Criminal Code in 2008 in connection with GEN LLC, were annexed and amended.
Defendants â€“ Elbrus Bulud Aliyev, Aliyar Ganbar abbasov, Habib Mammadaga Agayev, Nabi Agarahim Mammadov, Mehpara Mahmud Jafarzadeh and Asif Meyli Alamov faced charges under Articles 178.3.1 (Swindle by organized group) and 178.3.2 (Swindle with causing damage in the large size) of the Criminal Code.
It was proved that organized group led by Elbrus Bulud Aliyev swindled people and misappropriated their money. Moreover, workers of GEN LLC established on May 17, 2006 and Ugurlar on April 4, 2007, Elgun E on May 8, 2007 and GEN Holding on December 19, 2007 â€“ manager Ilkin Mazahir Safarov, marketing vice-president Ramin Saday Aliyev, general manager Kamran Sabir Ahmadov, security director Elmaddin Alamdar Aliyev faced charges under Articles 178.3.1 (Swindle by organized group) and 178.3.2 (Swindle with causing damage in the large size) of the Criminal Code.
Elburus Bulud Aliyev, Aliyar Ganbar Abbasov, Habib Mammadaga Agayev, Nabi Agarahim Mammadov, Mehpara Mahmud Jafarzadeh, Asif Meyli Alamov, Ilkin Mazahir Safarov, Ramin Saday Aliyev and Kamran Sabir Ahmadov were held accountable under Articles 178.3.1 and 178.3.2 of Criminal Code. Mutallim Hussein Babayev, Elburus Jafargulu Hajiyev, Ramiz Amir Bagirov, Akif Safar Mammadov, Zahid Arif Aliyev, Aga Arif Seyidov, Elmaddin Alamdar Aliyev, Rasim Oktay Nabizadeh, Khanlar Museib Aliyev and others faced charges under Article 178.3.2 of the Criminal Code.
The defendants were informed about conclusion of the investigation and they are familiarizing with criminal case raised against them.
