Samadov told that murdered person appealed the Prosecutor’s Office on Saturday last week and reported that she became pregnant after being on intimate terms with her uncle. Prosecutor’s Office decided to send Huseynova to medical examination. Huseynova was informed about it and instructed to come to the Prosecutor’s Office on Monday.
Rahimov killed her when she wanted to come to the Prosecutor’s Office with his uncle (father’s brother).
Rahimov was arrested. The criminal case has been launched under Article 120 (deliberate murder) of the Criminal Code.
