He has been today taken to Central Clinic Hospital, but the doctors could not save his life. The reason of the incident is not yet known.
Rail Gurban Rzayev was born in Salyan region in 1945. He graduated from Vladikavkaz Anti-Aircraft Missiles Command School in 1966. He served in anti-aircraft missiles unions of former Soviet army in Azerbaijan. He was a Chief of Baku Repair Base of Aircraft Defense Forces in 1989-1992. He was appointed an Air Defence Command in 1992. He participated in Nagorno Karabakh war. He was a Command of the Air Forces in 1994. He was promoted to lieutenant general rank by the order of Ilham Aliyev in 2004. He was awarded several orders and medals of Azerbaijan. He has three children.
