Baku. Ramil Mammadli – APA. On February 6, Baku Appeals Court will consider the appeal filed against the decision of Narimanov district court, which sentenced Nardaran resident Haji Ali Huseynov to two month imprisonment. The court told APA that judge Mirpasha Huseynov would consider the case.
The appeal asks to cancel the court decision.
Participants of the rally held in Nardaran settlement on January 9 threatened to kill chairman of Civil Solidarity Party, MP Sabir Rustamkhanli and Sabunchu district court launched criminal case on the fact on Article 134 (threatening to kill or inflict serious bodily harm) of the Criminal Code. Nardaran resident Haji Ali Huseynov was detained on January 24. On January 26, Narimanov district court passed a decision on his imprisonment.
Nardaran resident Haji Hikmat Valiyev was also detained concerning the case on February 3.
