Baku. Hafiz Heydarov-APA. Police have arrested Hashimov Elvin Fuzuli, 19, in Baku in connection with the murder of his brother Rufat Hashimov Fuzuli, 23, on January 29.
Binagadi District Police told APA that Hashimov Elvin is accused of stab his older brother who died of liver and abdomen injury immediately.
According to the unconfirmed cause of the crime, Hashimov Elvin knifed his brother because the elder brother insulted his blind father.
Binagadi Prosecutor’s Office has instituted an investigation under Article 120.1 of the Criminal Code.
