Baku. Ramil Mammadli-APA. An appeal was filed against Narimanov Court’s decision on 2-month imprisonment of Nardaran resident Haji Ali Husseinov, Lawyer of Husseinov Alovsat Agamoglanov told APA that the appeal covers petition to cancel court’s decision.
Criminal case has been launched under the Article 134 (threatening to kill or inflict serious bodily harm) of Azerbaijan’s Criminal Code on the death fatwa issued against MP Sabir Rustamkhanli by a picketer in Nardaran settlement on January 9. Suspicious Nardaran resident Haji Ali Husseionv was arrested on January 24. He was sentenced to 2-month imprisonment under the decision on Narimanov Court.
