Binagadi district police office told APA that it happened in Rasulzadeh settlement, Demiryol Street, Apt. 16 last night. Elvin Fuzuli Hashimov, 17, knifed his brother Rovshan Hashimov, 22, in liver and abdomen. Rovshan Hashimov died on the spot.
Elvin Hashimov escaped. Police are carrying out operations to detain him. According to initial reports, Elvin Hashimov killed his brother, because the latter insulted his blind father.
Criminal case has been launched on the fact on article 120.1 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code, investigation is underway.
