To him, ANAS, National Archive Department under the leadership of Baku Mayor’s Office are conducting researches to determine identity of 26 Baku Commissars.
“It is early to say whether Stepan Shahumian was among buried men or not because of unfinished investigation,†he said.
To him, there are not 26, but 23 skeletons of Baku Commissars.
