Investigative organizations identified the murderer, but could not arrest him because he disappeared in one of the CIS countries. The murdered surrendered voluntarily and his extradition was requested from that country. Lalashov’s body was found on December 10 near Krasnoyarsk. He was shot dead. Lalashov and his wife lived in Achinsk. He came to Krasnoyarsk on December 7. His coach Azad Grazmuradov told investigators that Zakir left train station in the black car toward the unknown direction. The coach said Zakir’s friends from Abakan were together with him. President of the Novosibirsk irregular fighting federation Anatoliy Merenkov said no one knew what happened on the way. “The young men disputed over the unknown subject, which is investigated now by the law-enforcement bodies. Zakir was shot dead in the carâ€.
The fact is under investigation.
