Baku. Ramil Mammadli-APA. Baku Appeals Court will consider petition against court’s decision on 2-month imprisonment of Salur Alizadeh, son of politologist Zardusht Alizadeh on January 28, Elchin Sadigov, lawyer of Alizadeh told APA.
The trial will be presided over by Gail Mammadov. The court will be petitioned to cancel the decision of Nasimi Court.
Salur Alizadeh, 30 was charged with article 234.1 (illegal purchase or storage without a purpose of selling of narcotics or psychotropic substances in a quantity (amount) exceeding necessary for personal consumption) of the Criminal Code.
