Fire breaks out in building in Azerbaijan’s capital, one injured - <font color=red>PHOTOSESSION  UPDATED 2</font>

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov - APA. Fire broke out in the building in Shamsi Badalbayli Street, 106 of Baku at 12.30 today.
APA’s correspondent at the site reports that the fire broke out in apartment #91 on the third floor of the four-storey building located in front of Azerbaijan State Oil Academy. All the shops located in the building have been closed. Five fire engines arrived at the site.
Nasimi district police office told APA that heavy smoke was being observed on the third floor of the building. Law enforcers and fire fighters are working at the site.
The fire was extinguished at 1.15. The burnt apartment is reportedly owned by Vahid Alakbarov. Farzi Heydarov, 83, resident of one of the apartments on the fourth floor was stifled by smoke and taken to Clinical Medical Centre. According to initial versions, short circuit caused the fire.
