The traffic has to be regulated on the roads around the Martyrs’ Alley, drivers have to horn at 12.00 on January 20 to commemorate the martyrs.
The minister also gave instructions to explain the historical importance of January 20 events and commemorate the martyrs at the meetings with personnel of district police offices.
