Khizi resident dies in a road accident in Sumgayit

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov–APA. A resident of Khizi Village died in a road accident in Sumgayit as he was knocked down by a car. Sumgayit City Police Office told APA the incident took place in 48 km of Baku-Guba highway. Opel driven by Elnur Kamil Guliyev, 29 knocked down a pedestrian, resident of Khizi Village Sahib Tapdig Abbasov, 37, when he stepped across a road. Abbasov was thrown by a knock to the road center, where he was hit by another vehicle, GAZ-2410 driven by Ramil Hasanov. Abbasov died on the site. The fact is investigated.
