Akhund accused in beating of Mingachevir resident: â€œIf I am criminal, why they do not arrest me?â€

I do not know Ramiz Suleymanov, whose name is used in the incidentâ€, said Gazi of Caucasian Muslim Office in Shirvan Region and Akhund of Mingachevir City Haji Khanali Babayev at the press conference held by Deputy Chairman of the Office Haji Salman Musayev, APA reports. Babayev said information about beating of his neighbor Ramiz Suleymanov by him and criminal case Mingachevir City Police Office launched against him was wrong.
Haji Salman Musayev also reacted to this incident. â€œHis son is six. How could six-year old child break somebodyâ€™s jaw? Sometimes people inflate an ordinary issue to great incident. It is nonsense. If a man does work, he always becomes the subject of talksâ€. Haji Khanali Babayev is accused in beating of his neighbor Ramiz Suleymanov, who is working as a plasterer in Mingachevir, and the police launched a criminal case on article 127 (deliberate causing of minor serious harm to health) of the Criminal Code. Mingachevirâ€™s Police Office told APA the investigative group collected the facts about the incident and testimonies of the witnesses. The investigation is going on.
