Moscow-APA. Four, suspected in kidnapping the Azerbaijanâ€™s citizen and demanding ransom from his relatives, were arrested in Moscow, APA quotes RIA-Novosti agency. They were suspected in kidnapping the Azerbaijanâ€™s citizen, whose name was not made public and demanding one million ruble from his relatives on August 16. The kidnappers kept hostage for two days and then released him. A criminal case was launched on the article of kidnapping.
