Baku. Mahbuba Gasimbayli â€“ APA. Chief of Azerbaijani Committee against Torture Elchin Behbudov met with Nadirov Orkhan Ahmadaga, son of Peopleâ€™s Artist Ilhama Guliyeva. The committee chief told APA that Orkhan Nadirov, who had faced charges under article 234 (illegal manufacturing, purchase, storage, transportation, transfer or selling of narcotics, psychotropic substances) of the Criminal Code, did not admit his guilt and did not complain of his detention conditions.
