Trial on the cases of brothers accused of murder of two sisters commenced

Devechi. Solmaz Mehdiyeva-APA. Trial on the cases of Galagah residents â€“Tavakkul, Elnur and Elchin Ismayilov brothers, who accused of murder of Dag Biliji residents,14, Naila and 7, Reyhana Majidova sisters has been held in Davachi Court today, APA northern bureau reports.
The trial has been presided over by Ahmad Guliyev.
Relatives of injured men and defendants are allowed to enter the hall of the court. Participation of defendants in the court has been ensured. Representatives of injured side demanded time to familiarize with the criminal case and the trial has been fixed on August 21. Next trial will be held in Court of Grave Crimes in Baku.
Ismayilov brothers, who faced charges under Articles 120.1 (deliberate murder), 149 (rape), 150.2.3 (violent actions of sexual nature committed against the person, who is wittingly known as a minor to the guilty), 127.1 (deliberate causing of minor serious harm to health), 144.3 (kidnapping of the person), 177(theft), 178 (swindle) and 221 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code, killed Majidova sisters in August last year and threw to Samur-Absheron channel. The body of Naila was found in Siyazan direction of Samur-Absheron channel on August 9 last year, but the body of Reyhana has not been found by now.
Brothers were determined to kill more several girls.
