Director and officers of State Anti-Monopoly Service under Ministry of Economic Development sentenced to three months in jail

Sabayel district court passed the judgment on the arrest. Judge Fuad Huseynov presided over the closed hearing, the court told APA. The court did not publicize what crimes they were accused of.
The above-mentioned persons were detained as a result of the operation carried out by National Security Ministry on August 4. They are held in the detention facility of the National Security Ministry. Criminal case has been launched on the fact, investigation is underway.
