Court refuses to consider appeals of soldiers accused in cooperation with Armenian intelligences

Baku. Haji Zeynalovâ€“APA. Trial on the appeals of five soldiers, who accused in cooperation with Armenian intelligences, has been held in Shirvan Appeals Court today. The trial has been presided over by Ahmad Nurmammadov.
The court did not consider the appeals and upheld the decision.
Seyran Ismiyev has been sentenced to 14-year imprisonment, Nofal Babayev, Sameddin Guliyev, Famil Agayev to 13-year imprisonment under decision of Military Court on Court of Grave Crimes. Defendants faced charges under Article 274 (state betray) and 338.1 (Infringement of rules on implementing fighting watch) of the Criminal Code.
