Prosecutor upholds decision on the case of correspondent of Bakcell

Baku. Haji Zeynalov â€“APA. Trial on the case of Macedonian citizen Sashko Todorovsky, manager of Bakcell, who accused of reception of a bribe has been held in Baku Appeals Court today.
The trial has been presided over by Ali Seyfaliyev. Public Prosecutor Rahil Ismayilov demanded to uphold decision passed by Court of Grave Crimes on the case of Todorovsky. The trial was fixed on July 30.
Todorovsky faced charges under Article 311.3.3 (reception of a bribe in the large amount) of Criminal Code. Todorovsky appealed to substitute Article with Article 312.1. (Presentation of a bribe to official) of Criminal Code. He was sentenced to 8-year imprisonment under decisions of Court of Grave Crimes.
