Court has not considered appeal of correspondent of Bizim yol newspaper

Baku. Haji Zeynalov â€“APA. The court has not considered the appeal of Mushfig Huseynov, correspondent of Bizim yol today, Lawyer of Huseynov Vugar Khasiyev told APA
The court hearing has been presided over by Muzaffar Agazadeh . Lawyer noted that he would appeal to European Court of Human Rights.
Huseynov faced charges under Article 311.1 (Reception of a bribe) of Criminal Code and he has been sentenced to five-year imprisonment. The court banned him to continue his journalistic activity for 2 years.
