Brothers accused of killing two sisters in Azerbaijan to stand trial in Devechi

Judge Ahmad Guliyev presided over the process. APA reports that the court passed a decision to hold the trial in Devechi region court grounding that the criminal case is large and there are a lot of sufferers in connection with the case. The court hearing will start on August 11.
Ismayilov brothers faced charges under articles 120.1 (premeditated murder), 149 (raping), 150.2.3 (violent actions of sexual nature against juvenile), 127.1 (deliberate causing of less serious harm to the health), 144.1 (kidnapping), 177 (robbery), 178 (swindling) and 221 (illegal purchase, transfer, selling, storage, transportation or carrying of fire-arms) of the Criminal Code. Ismayilov brothers threw the bodies of Majidova sisters into Samur-Absheron channel. Majidovaâ€™s body was found in Siyazan part of Samur-Absheron channel on August 9, Reyhanaâ€™s body has not been found yet.
