Cases of premeditated murder increased mainly in Khatai, Nasimi, Sabunchu, Absheron, Devechi, Jalilabad, brigandage in Azizbayov, Narimov, Nasimi, Nizami, Sabayel, Absheron, Gusar, Shamkir, Binagadi, Sabunchu, Yasamal, Sumgayit, robbery in Nasimi, Khatai, Khachmaz, Narimanov, Yasamal, Surakhany, Azizbayov regions. The robberies committed in Baku Metro during this period were not solved.
