Baku. Elnur Mammadli-APA. Imishli region police officers arrested reserve Lieutenant-Colonel Habil Shirinov. Chairman of Imishli region organization of Azerbaijan Democratic Party Mahbub Zulfugarov told APA that Shirinov was detained while visiting Martyrs’ Alley in the region and the court sentenced him to 15 days in prison. Zulfugarov said that Shirinov had recently appealed to the parliamentarians and government agencies for stopping the construction in the territory of Martyrs’ Alley.
Imishli region court told APA that Habil Shirinov faced charges under article 310 (disobeying legal demand of a policeman or a serviceman) of the Code of Administrative Offences.
