Singer Khumar Gadimova gives testimony and confesses that Emin Amirov bought her $280.000-house

The case on injured man Rashad Garibov, Chairman of Debut Bank Observation Council, son of MP Farhad Garibov has been made clear. Singer Khumar Gadimova, who is declining in this case, noted that she does not know Emin Amirov. The fact is that lent.az portal gained and indictment. There is testimony of singer Khumar Gadimova in the indictment.
Singer said that she had 3-4 relations with Amirov and asked him to help her to buy a flat in one of the new-built buildings. Emin helped her to buy house in Narimanov District, Tabriz Street 98 A, apt 13. He gave $280.000 to Construction Company and bought the house. After buying house, Emin asked her to register house to his name officially for leaving house as deposit. Emin needed money and wanted to get money from the bank. She agreed with Emin. The house was registered to his name officially. Moreover, he left house as deposit to filial of Texnibank in the capital and took credit. Gadimova was not aware of amount of money. Emin handed over all documents of the house with general attorney to driver Ramazan before leaving house as deposit.
Singer said that after arrest of Emin, bank officials worried her. Bank officials demanded her to pay credits. She decided to buy house via sale and purchase. Bank proposed her to buy the house firstly. Gadimova decided to buy house from Ramazan.
Singer declined the information that Emin Amirov was a sponsor of her concerts and said that her profession sponsored her.
