Shusha ensemble to represent Azerbaijan at Hungarian international festival

Baku – APA. On August 5-11, the 13th International Folklore Festival will be held in Hungarian town Gyöngyös, twin city with Shusha town of Azerbaijan. The Embassy of Azerbaijan in Hungary told APA that along with the local artists, music and dance ensembles from Serbia, Brazil, Georgia, Panama, Poland, Greece, Indonesia, Colombia, China and France will perform at the festival. Shusha song and dance ensemble will represent Azerbaijan at the invitation of Gyöngyös Town Executive Authority. Ensemble of 25 members is also planning to hold concerts in Gyöngyös and Budapest. At the same time, “Azerbaijani Night” will be held in Gyöngyös on August 10 with their participation.

As twin cities, Shusha and Gyöngyös are going to hold a number of cultural events during the year.
