Baku. Shamil Alibeyli – APA. Richard L. Morningstar, U.S. ambassador to the Republic of Azerbaijan, and his wife, Faith P. Morningstar will deliver a special lecture in the U.S. on August 14. APA reports that the lecture entitled “Azerbaijan and America: An Ambassador’s view” is presented by the Sippican Historical Society and Elizabeth Taber Library.
The ambassador's lecture will focus on the issues of greatest interest in the relationship between the United States and Azerbaijan. His wife, a former board member of the democracy promotion and human rights group Freedom House, will speak about the Azerbaijani women's issues on which she is working.
