Pakistani ambassador: â€œEconomic relations have not reached the level of political cooperationâ€ - <span style="color: red;">PHOTO

To him, Pakistan and Azerbaijan support each other in the international arena. Ambassador said that relations between the two countries are developing in the defense sphere, a number of projects are currently under development in this sphere.

‘Our economic relations have not reached the level of political cooperation. It has some reasons. One of them is that there is no direct air connection with Azerbaijan. At present, we are working on this issue. We hope that the issue of direct air connection between our countries will be soon solved’.

To him, the Embassy is going to activate mutual visits of businessmen: ‘Pakistan’s goods exported all over the world aren’t so widely spread in Azerbaijan. We should activate mutual visits of both countries’ businessmen. I’m sure that we can find good market here. There are prospects for development of natural resources and Azerbaijan has prospects for exploitation of natural resources and development of cooperation in other spheres’.
