The Foreign Ministry told APA that Minister Elmar Mammadyarov congratulated Heidrun Tempel on appointment as Ambassador to Azerbaijan and wished her success in her activity.
The sides discussed bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Germany. Mammadyarov expressed his confidence that new ambassador will contribute to development of the relations between the countries.
Submitting the copy of her credentials, Tempel noted that her country is interested in continuation of dialogue with Azerbaijan and she will make efforts for enhancement of the relations between the countries.
