In accordance with another decree, the President has given to Adish Sakit oghlu Mammadov a diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, APA reports.
The Head of the State has also signed a decree on recalling Rafael Tofig oghlu Ibrahimov – an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Sweden, Norway and Finland.
Azerbaijani President also has signed a decree on appointment Fakhraddin Saib oghlu Mirzayev an honorary consul of Azerbaijan in Karlovy Vary city of Czech Republic.
President Ilham Aliyev has also signed a decree to grant Asgar Huseyn oghlu Ismayilov a diplomatic rank of an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
