Azerbaijanâ€™s Foreign Ministry releases names of persons declared persona non grata for paying illegal visits to occupied territories - FULL LIST

The Foreign Ministry’s press service told APA that the list contains the names of the persons, who have illegally visited the occupied territories of Azerbaijan. The list of “persona non grata” includes 335 people. Visa to Azerbaijan is non-available for those persons, because they are considered “persona non qrata”. Those persons violated Azerbaijan’s legislation and law on “State border” and disrespected the territorial integrity and sovereignty of our country.

Head of the Department of International Relations at the Institute of Political and Military Analysis Sergei Markedonov, member of the British House of Lords Baroness Caroline Cox, member of the Russian State Duma Maksim Mishchenko, first deputy chairman of Russia’s State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Director of the Institute of CIS Studies Konstantin Zatulin, Director of the European Academy Berlin Eckart D. Stratenschulte, member of the French National Assembly François Rochebloin, Italian singer Al Bano, members of the French National Assembly Georges Colombier and Valérie Boyer, singer Philipp Kirkorov’s father Bedros Kirkorov, singer Montserrat Caballé and former EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby are also in this list.
