The diplomat who met with the representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Barda said that Germany supports Azerbaijan's reconstruction efforts in Garabagh: "Today, I witnessed the great work in Barda supporting the people of Garabagh. Living close to the former contact line has been difficult for people; Mine risk is still a threat in many areas. Germany supports Azerbaijan in its reconstruction efforts," the diplomat said.
