Baku. Parviz Nuriyev - APA-Economics. On October 3, Parabank’s authorized capital was reached AZN 50 mln under the decision passed at the extraordinary meeting of shareholders.
Bank told APA-Economics that the State Committee for Securities registered emission of ordinary shares of Parabank with the face value of AZN 200, quantity – 100,000 on August 26. After issuance, the bank is expected to attract AZN 20 mln capital.
According to bank’s audit report, its authorized capital made AZN 11.57 mln during past three years.
According to first half of 2014, the total capital stood at AZN 21.262 mln.
