Baku. Parviz Nuriyev – APA-Economics. According to a decision passed at the shareholder meeting of Parabank, the authorized capital reached AZN 50 mln.
Bank says on August 26, the State Committee for Securities registered issuance of ordinary shares of Parabank with the face value of AZN 200 and quantity – 100,000. After placement, the authorized capital was expected to increase AZN 20 mln.
Bank’s authorized capital during past three years made AZN 11.57 mln.
As of the second quarter of 2014, the total capital made AZN 21,662,000.
