Azerbaijan-based banks allocated AZN 14.6 million of government mortgage loans through Azerbaijan Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (AMCGF) in January 2018, up 44.6 % or AZN 4.5 million from previous year.
In January, no fund was allocated from the state budget for AMF.
AMF refinanced AZN 16.6 million in January 2018.
Regarding AMCGF mortgage portfolio, as of February 1, the loans allocated by authorized credit institutions amounted to AZN 45,232.0, average period – 281 months, interest rate 6.63% and monthly payment AZN 323.4.
